Launch Season is a 3-week launching pad for all our discipleship Ministries. From Men to Women to Married Couples and Students, we know God created us to be in community with one another. We encourage everyone looking for community to use this time to find a place to plug in.  We hold Launch Seasons in in the Fall and lay out all of the exciting ways we can find family together.

TCAL Connect Groups are short term groups at TCAL. Lasting 1-2 months, Connect groups provide an opportunity to build healthy relationships with people that share similar interests, hobbies, and schedules.

We have 3 Connect group sessions a year.

For those who come in in between sessions or have a challenging schedule, we have created connect nights.  During our Launch Seasons, connect nights are a great way to connect with others at TCAL and discover all of the exciting opportunities to make lifelong friendships!

Everyone has the ability to help someone else.

Our TCAL Serve days provide an opportunity for friends and members of our family to create deeper connections with each other, as they roll up their sleeves and serve those in our community who need a helping hand.

Whether repairing homes, eliminating hunger and or just giving hardworking moms a day off, we have discovered that so many life long friendships are created on our Serve Days.

Because in serving, we see the kindness of others and the kindness of Christ at the same time.  TCAL hosts serve days every month.
