We use this phrase to help people new to our church know that God accepts and loves them where they are, & so do we. Where you are is where you are, & that’s okay; you are loved right there. However, on the other side of that statement, is another important follow up -- GOD LOVES YOU SO MUCH, HE DOESN’T WANT YOU TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE.

THE FIVE W'S
Our discipleship mission at TCAL is to see each of us discover & GROW our God given gifts & deploy them to draw others into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our greatest joy is seeing you follow Jesus at a pace that pleases the heart of God our Father. We call this spiritual rhythm our 5 Ws.
WORSHIP God – honestly .
God is worthy of my devotion. I will honor Him through corporate and private worship experiences.
Live by God’s WORD – fully.
God has set a path for me in His Word. I will learn it and use it as the standard for life.
WALK with God’s people – authentically .
God has designed me to be in life giving community with other believers. I will live in true biblical fellowship.
Contribute to God’s WORK – faithfully.
God desires for me to be a part of His Kingdom. I will serve using my giftedness and give a tithe to support God’s work from a joy-filled heart.
Impact God’s WORLD – intentionally.
God has called me to be part of His rescue mission. I will invest in others to discover Jesus as Savior and Lord.
